I read a book that I bought as a joke years ago called 'Fuck It: The Ultimate Spiritual Way' and outside of the Eastern-inspired relaxation techniques (which could be good for some - just not me), it was a good read. I've since passed it along to highly-strung friends, who have passed it on to other friends.
