If i understand what you want correctly, I suggest spraying your air filter with some febreeze or the like, or drop some essential oils or the like on it. It should definitely freshen the air.
That or place one of these on the roomba. They use a Command strip with a replaceable smell packet thing:

Lastly you could probably attach a car air freshener to the exhaust, not a christmas tree one but on of the clip on things.
