I pull my trusty, fine-edged pocket knife out and roll it over in my hand a few times. It's blade is less shiny than it was a few months ago, but I love it all the same. I have taken to sharpening it on any rough surface I can find, and it is still serving me well.

Those suckers have gotten fast in the past few weeks, almost as if they are starting to mutate. Never mind that, for now I need to cut my dinner into manageable chunks. Roasted squirrel always seems to hit the spot these days. "I'm not sure that I would have survived this long without you, old friend."

I clean the blade once more and slide it back into my pocket. I know it will be there for me, like it always has been since I got it in the mail that day in early May.

Small, light, cheap, and looks nice. Just wish it had a thumb stud.

Gerber knife that never fails me and has an awesome but harder lock and a nice feel and blade also super light

This knife is a little small. But, I carried it for about 3 years almost everyday and I never had an issue with the knife or its size. It's a great value and a great knife
