These all can be purchased at Walmart, target or any store really. Pampers also has under jams that are pull ups for older children and then of course each store will have their store brand bedwetting pull ups mileage may vary on those.
As always make sure to consult with a doctor to make sure there isn't an underlying cause for the bedwetting.
If he's day trained, maybe some nighttime "undies" would work? These Huggies ones worked really well for us. If your son is big enough, they might be worth a shot. My son was nowhere near the weight listed for the small but we rarely had leaks. Or if it's the papery feeling he doesn't like maybe cloth bedwetter pants? Though those can get pricey... (EDIT) I almost forgot, I did use cloth inserts in the Huggies undies also.
