This isnt normal, and quite uncommon. Im positive support will give a head helping hand..
It being the weekend - maybe give them some extra time. You maybe wont hear back til mid next week.
If you feel like upgrading the feet entirely, take a look at some hyper glides
Hyperglides
Haven't tried though specifically but I had hotline feet on my GPW and while it was better than stock I ended up swapping to tiger arcs instead. Much happier.
You'd probably be better off either going for tiger arcs or hyperglides to be honest.

Hotlines wear out fast and get extremely slow
Right now I'm using the GSR-SE (the new blue gsr) with a g203 and I am loving it!
Edit: Forgot to mention I'm using Hyperglides
(and yes I leave the middle circle mouse skate off).
its legit lol, where i bought mine from. I did basically what you're stating. I put on a paracord on the G Pro's PCB and put it into a g203 white shell.
also amazon has them, but it says it's back ordered? So im not sure. Could contact the seller

I have the nedis glass pad. Some tips and notes:
All that said, it's great to move the mouse mostly unimpeded, and really helps my game, you get accuracy + speed. Every time I try a hard or cloth pad it's no competition the glass pads are way better.

Oh, and... If you're still here, granted I do take the original G Pro, should I take additional mouse feets to replace the logitech ones ? Is this good ? https://www.amazon.com/Hyperglide-Mouse-Skates-Logitech-GP/dp/B01N7FQLYQ

This is what I used. it helped a lot. Not sure if the G Pro still has a braided cable but I also debraided mine to make it less stiff (you use a small knife or scissor to just cut the nylon braiding off the rubber cable)
They're the g203 ones on amazon Hyperglide Mouse Skates for The Logitech G Pro, G102, and G203 (GP) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N7FQLYQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_knNBDbNKYKTHX
Hey so I was wondering if the Hyperglides GP Model were compatible with the G Pro Wireless? I have a bunch left over from when I hyperglided another mouse and I don't really wanna spend the extra money to get new ones.
Edit: And also I have another question now, how many of those things would I need? I currently only have 4 but it seems like there are a lot of places to put mouse feet on in this mouse
