Start slow on adding THC. There is a supplement that can counteract some of the high called citicoline:

Some people with cancer go the suppository route, since it basically eliminates the high, but for brain cancer it is best not to do that. Realize that your entire body has CB receptors, so you must saturate the body in order to get the high doses of THC and CBD to the brain. Don't discount CBG and CBN as well.

Shoot for a whole plant extract for the "entourage effect" instead of honey/BHO. THC has been shown to trigger apoptosis in brain cancer, and CBD works more as an inhibitor.

I also highly suggest you eliminate as much sugar from his diet as you can (especially refined sugars). Glucose is the primary fuel source for cancer and you can slow the progression by altering the diet.

Please note that while there are people who are cancer free from using cannabis for treatment, it doesn't work for everyone. I'm not trying to temper your hope, I just want you to look at fighting this thing with every tool you can find.

CDP-Choline actually has been shown to improve dopamine receptor sensitivity and also has some other beneficial effects (check out the examine.com page), and acetyclysteine stabilizes glutaminergic transmission, which are often messed up because of chronic use of stimulants (at least that's true of it's effectiveness for cocaine and methamphetamine deficits).

For Choline I take this one (warning my amazon referral link is included), and for NAC I take the NOW brand, I usually just get most of my crap from amazon these days because of Amazon Prime. You could also look for powdered NAC (cheaper in bulk), but powdered NAC smells and tastes pretty gross (like rotten eggs), and I personally prefer it in pill form only. CDP-Choline is actually kinda sweet, so if you found it in powdered form for cheaper you could do that, but it'd be annoying to dose.

In terms of great multivitamins, the best one I've found by far is Legion Triumph and it should cover you for Magnesium and Zinc (important for dopaminergic signalling) and also has a decent amount of Vitamin D (a common deficiency in the population).

I don't know an optimal dosage/ratio. This page is another good resource. Personally I take 250-500mg of Jarrow Formulas Citicoline, CDP Choline, 250mg, 120 Count. CDP-Choline is 18.5% choline by weight (vs Alpha-GPC at 40%), so that's about 46-92mg of choline, but it also contains the cytidine, which converts into uridine. It's definitely more expensive, but I think the benefits are worth it. I don't take racetams, but I know some people increase their choline intake when doing so due to possible depletion causing headaches, etc.

Regarding fish oil, I take 2000mg of Pure Alaska Omega-3 Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil 1000mg Softgels 180-Count, which contains 220mg DHA and 180mg EPA per serving (400mg Omega-3). Some people take more concentrated forms to get more Omega-3, but I prefer the sort of whole food approach. It's important to note the distinction between 1g fish oil vs 1g of Omega-3. Keep that in mind when making comparisons and doing research to determine your goals.
