I second someone else's recommendation for meat.
If you really need extra protein, but are struggling to each that much solid food, you can get egg protein powder in various flavors. My SO is highly intolerant of soy and dairy, but uses this as a protein supplement.

2 on amazon plenty of others. Why can’t you get enough protein from whole foods? With this woe one can hit any protein goal. I hit 200g a day easily.
I know you said you wanted to skip the powder but have you ever heard of paleo protein powder? Decently priced and it's just egg whites powdered up. I use it everyday in my smoothies and it has very minimal taste

Dollar for protein gram, this stuff is a good deal, IMO. Plus I hear egg protein has high bioavailability. I blend with raw egg yolks and ice, very creamy and smooth. Nice flavor, no sweetener needed.
