Usually small hands are much less problematic ergonomically than large hands.

I'd say both the Nura and the Urban Trapper would be comfortable (the other 2 aren't going to be worth it), though I'd switch the Nura for the newer Kershaw Concierge or the Kershaw Atmos.

Same designer, but much better quality wise.
