Good luck with it! I suggest taking pictures of your hair so that you can know for sure if things are getting better or at least staying the same.
Also, get a hair trap like that for your tub. Don't use one with big holes, becausethe hair will just go down the drain. Using a trap with small holes will let you visually see how much hair is shedding. Now, it's not some scientific number using nuclear weighted microgram scales, but it's something. You can tel if your hairloss starts to slow down or not. I use it every shower, aand I'd say that I lose about 75% less hair at LEAST than I did before I started.
That, and it keeps hair from clogging in your pipe ;-)
Or get a tub strainer!
You will definitely need a hair drain trap.
It'll save you big from having to clean out your shower drain from all the nasty hair! Or even worse paying someone big bucks to come over abd unclog it for you.
Not very fun, but definitely practical!
