Has a remote, app, and will sync to music or whatever. Only gripe is that it doesn’t get as dim as I’d like but crank it up in a dark room and it can blow your eyes out.

It depends on the look you want to go for. My room started off looking a lot like yours with the beige on beige carpet and walls, minus the ummm..... unique drape. ;) I repainted and added some chair railing but that may be more than what you want to do.

LED lights are an easy, inexpensive addition. They allow you to change the entire look of the room at a moments notice and when you don't want them, turn them off. The Arcade1up Pacman and Galaga ship lights are fantastic for the price, especially if you find them on clearance (I got them for $8 each) just be prepared to run some mini usb wires for power to them and they eat batteries fast. Their light up Marques they recently released are also pretty cool but at $60 each, there may be better options.

Personally I'm going with game themed artwork that matches some of the cabs. I have this TMNT and I have a 4 panel Mortal Kombat piece that should arrive this week and a 4 panel Infinity glove piece coming in next week that will go over the Marvel Limited Edition cab when it arrives. https://imgur.com/AQNFxhe

Would also recommend a fog machine, lava lamps, backlit/neon artwork. Oh and I did notice even with the laser and led strip on there wasn’t a whole lot of light on the tapestries so I’d say just for a bit more ambient lighting a Phillips hue would be a good investment. I’ve still got some stuff to do to tie it all together but it’s a good start lol

Swiffer's are pretty great for cleaning floors and they aren't expensive. Also get a small vacuum for any carpeting. If you like coffee, definitely get a Keurig. If you're in an area that has cold winters, a comforter for your bed will be important (there are some really cute ones at Target). For when it's warmer out, having a small fan will help the air in your room circulate better. As for LED light strips, this one from Amazon worked really well for me.

Off the top of my head, $500 sounds like much too little for all of what you are asking for, unfortunately. $500 can definitely get you a decent enough PC but it probably won't have everything you want; especially regarding fancy lighting and low noise levels. If you're planning on buying everything new, then a half-decent monitor and Windows alone will cost you $150 or more, leaving $350 for the actual PC- sure you can get an ok pc for that much, but it definitely won't be running any games on high settings even at 1080p.

This is what I could come up with for about $506 on pcpartpicker. It's a fairly decent system, but definitely not the prettiest. I also didn't include an operating system (Windows license) because a legitimate license costs about 20% of your whole budget. You can install and use Windows without a license with some restrictions (eg a watermark) until you can save up some money to buy a license.

I would suggest that you don't focus on the aesthetics of the build right now with your budget, and instead, upgrade later. The case I included has a tempered glass side so the insides are nice and visible. When you can save up some more cash, you could buy an inexpensive LED strip and stick that inside your case to immediately upgrade your style by +10. Alternatively you could get an nzxt hue lighting system which is designed to be put inside your case and can be controlled by your PC but that's much more expensive. The advantage of the latter solution is you can also add led fans and other accessories later.
