I once had a customer who put these in a box they sent back to me to work on. I sent the box back and told them I couldn't work on it until they removed it.
If you have desktops, I'd just go with hardware usb locks

It's unlikely they'd spend time doing it, but there are reports of it happening on the AIO forums. Read up on the ID7 and ID7v2 hacks for the issues. Tape a note over the USB ports or block them.
