Get gas powered arms, make sure your monitors have vesa mounts on back and check weight requirements. I have 2x 32” and one 43” monitors and use 3 separate arms. This would work well for you at a good price:

I have the double version and love it.
thisis what i use for my triple set up that goes directly into my desk, rather than on my wall. You can mount it further back and use some of the arms to get everything in the right spot.

I recommend looking on Amazon.com at brands like Vivo, Mount-It, and AmazonBasics for good mounts for reasonable prices.
If a single triple monitor mount is not enough to properly fit all of the monitors you could get 3 singles. Make sure all of your screens have VESA mounting holes. If they have different VESA mount sizes you can get size adaptors.

Once you go VESA mounted you never go back, so worth it man. I have my TV mounted on a VESA arm for playing Halo/Xbox, and my work desk has double monitor setup is VESA mounted too and it's worth the cleaness and space saving.

Wow. Assuming you bought those, you're budget is pretty flexible?
Also assuming you want a stand that can have them side-by-side because I've never seen curveds on top of eachother.
Seems pretty hard to find a mount/stand for 3x 31.5" or higher in a side-by-side atleast. You could also get 3x 1 arm stand or 1x 2 arm and 1x 1arm, but that gets messy.

So they are 13' tall. Looks like around 11' tilted maybe 25-30 degrees. I'm kind of worried about the main monitor being too high ( I adjusted it up to about 9' off the table and my eyeline is right below the center of the monitor with my chair raised up.)
I been fooling around with different orientations and I think I'll just do two vertical monitors on each side instead. At about 8' up and the two monitors to the side it makes a flush, door-frame shaped п orientation. Which mount would you recommend for that? It says up to 32". I mount a 32 a two 24, and i don't see why I couldn't mount your setup. If they were all 34" I don't think the side arms would reach that far out, but two 27s should be no problem.
It is heavy dudy. I once had an old heavy 22" acer, the ones with the built in psu, and and it was able to hold it. It has adjustment for the weight of your monitor and cable management shrouds. The usb port is crap though I cut mine off.

Looks like it got even cheaper than when I bought it.
I use this one in a side by side configuration with a 32" and 2 27" monitors on either side.
Those monitors don't look identical, but you MAY be able to flip all 3 vertical and create a DIY ultrawide situation. That would give you more horizontal desk space so the TV isn't so crowded.
This one has arms you can adjust, but only horizontally (and tilt), you couldn't change any heights.
Same story with this one, but arguably easier to ensure things are more aligned. (This is what I use for 2 monitors that aren't identical and it works well enough.)
This one would let you play with heights, but is 2x the price of the others for that reason.
This was me playing with the idea of 2 horizontal and 1 vertical.
