No idea if you're in the UK, but any version of amazon should have similar products.
Unfortunately that's not true, the DR60D canes batteries whether or not it's supplying phantom power.
I'd recommend mounting the DR60D on a tripod and mounting a USB battery pack on top of it using something like this.
