Buy an impedence matching speaker selector and a good powerful two channel amplifier.

Can buy one without the individual volume controls for much less but cannot tweak the volume level for multiple pairs of speaker with different efficiency. Just make sure it impedence matches or kiss the amp goodbye.
go with 2 of the 50 watt amps, and two of the speaker selectors.
You could move up to a multizone amp, but would still need some kind of volume control for each room.
