He covers how to be an awesome employee. Really good stuff.

This one's been the best for me so far. It's the kind of book I like to read all the way through, and then go back and focus on each chapter.

Here is a book that should help you developing your self-awareness. I think you will enjoy it. It has a nice by product of helping you make money too.
