Yes! I use the Oshima tsubaki brand. When I was in Japan I bought the original and also a 'hair version" from the same brand.
Camelia oil is very rich, so I find I need very little otherwise my hair looks greasy. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, and the ends are bleached so they are a bit dry.
The hair version is a little lighter in consistency and also works well - a little goes a long way.
I find the best results are when you rub a couple of drops in your hands and apply to damp hair.
I never use conditioner anymore, cos this oil is so effective.

Oshima Tsubaki Oil is more cost-effective. It's available on Amazon.com, and some people (myself included) have found it at their local TJ Maxx.
It's a hair oil, but some people use it for their face as well. I just use it for my hair, because I have another facial oil.

I love Camellia oil. (Amazon) This is the brand I use, but I'm sure any 100% pure oil would work well. It's multi use and I sometimes put a few drops in my shampoo as well as my night moisturizer.
I recommend getting the split ends trimmed since there is no way for products to truly repair the ends; this also keeps it from splitting further up the strand.
Oshima Tsubaki oil used sparingly is a lifesaver for dry, damaged hair. I like to apply a tiny amount mixed into leave-in conditioner and let my hair dry naturally. You can apply it to dry hair as well but I feel it's more beneficial to taming my hair mess went applied wet. If you go overboard, your hair can end up looking greasy! It's a very close second to pure argan oil for my coarse, dry, frizzy, thick hair but since this is AB, I thought it'd be more appropriate. You can find it on Amazon or eBay.
Also, you should totally try Camellia oil if you haven't, excellent for softening, defrizzing and detangling!

Also spotted (but not bought) were some kind of hair conditioner, and hair oil which I think was Camellia Oil
Maybe try tsubaki oil, a drop or two goes a long way for your scalp. I couldn't use jojoba and coconut oil (olive was ok), and tsubaki green tea oil was perfect for me.
