Looks like the power supply is actually 9V. I doubt these slide-on adapter things are standardized, so you'll probably have to contact the manufacturer. I found this after searching, but I still doubt it will fit (https://www.amazon.com/Phihong-Wall-Adapter-Slide-VERSION/dp/B00FJKO5SY).

The support website is also remarkably useless. They just tell you to go buy an adapter with no other relevant info (https://support.clickandgrow.com/hc/en-us/articles/202929158-What-to-do-if-I-have-the-wrong-power-adapter-)
