Came here to say the same thing. I replaced all the cartridges when we moved into a new house, and it made a world of difference. It's cheap and easy to do. If you're really cheap and you're replacing a cartridge on a tap from a lifetime warranty manufacturer (ie- Moen), you can call them up and get a new cartridge for free.
