What's the price range you're looking at? In my experience I found using name brands (although a bit steep on price) are better than the chinese knock-offs.
Names like Samsung is always reliable. Not their phones, but the security systems I work with are pretty easy to install and a lot of them malfunction.

This is the one I have in my home and what I install for clients. Easy to work with and it seems like this is the newest one by Samsung. There's a few dealers you can work with but out of the ones I've dealt with (ellipse security, samstore, soltech security) soltech had the best deals and helped the most with customer service.
