I just always had a Hydro Flask as my gym bottle because I like the shape/look and the shit really keeps your stuff cold. The wide mouth top pissed me off big time and I tried pretty much every lid there is.
Then I got this lid and now it's possible to drink while moving and it doesn't leak.
I have hydroflask 32 oz, if they will fit your GP's I highly suggest this lid. Game changer as they are so much easier to drink out of.
A tip for those who are under a stringent budget: it doesn't have to be so expensive. The one I bought is less than half the cost of the "Hydro Flask" brand ($40 vs $18): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C9MZPNI But I agree, vacuum insulated bottles are amazing for Keto Chow. Pour, add a few ice cubes, and good to go! I've had some unexpected lunches out with co-workers so my KC has stayed cold on my desk for 8-12 hours. Works amazingly well!
[Edit]: I eventually bought a lid too ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FVW3EXG ) which fits perfectly. I'm lazy though so I use a straw so I don't have to wash the lid as much hahaha.

The Takeya Spout Lid is a good choice. Completely sealable (no risk of something snagging and opening it in your bag).

I don’t personally have the straw lid but my friend does and she loves it. I don’t have any issues with it dripping, but I’ve only had the 32oz size for a day. You could always wait until you get it and see if you have an issue before you buy a different lid. I’ve also heard that the lid I’m going to link here is a good alternative to the Hydroflask straw lid and fits the 32oz, although it’s not Hydroflask brand.
Takeya owns the Thermoflask brand so the lids are interchangeable.
