Tantus super soft cock ring is available in three colors: black purple and red. Each sold separately. These super soft silicone c-rings from tantus are broad for comfort and safety. A cock ring holds the testicles down and keeps the testes from contracting thus slowing down ejaculation. The constriction takes orgasm from about 6 seconds to up to 45 seconds. For best results apply lube to the inside of the ring then ease one testicle through at a time before finally pulling your penis through. Unstretched inside diameter of cock ring is 1.5 inches stretched diameter up to 4.75 inches. Tantus expert advice: when a man ejaculates the prostates job is to shut off the bladder and push seminal fluid down the urethra. The testicles then contract and add sperm to the seminal fluid with the result of ejaculation. A c-ring holds the testicles down and keeps the testes from contracting thus slowing down ejaculation. Prolong ring is made using phthalate free non-toxic materials silicone. Always clean before and after use. Climax control cock ring non-vibrating ejaculation prevention.

Next time, make sure you have complete privacy and unlimited time, so there's no schedule for when SEX is supposed to happen. A well-rested all-nighter is best.

The best cure for performance anxiety is lots of habituation with no performance pressure. Spend as much time naked, skin to skin as you can, just groping and making out. If you're naked, in bed, and kissing and cuddling, boners will happen. Try squirming around on top of him. When he gets hard, slip him inside you, but keep on kissing and cuddling. Stay down, chest to chest, and gradually convert the squirming into a shallow rhythm. If he gets soft, stop moving but keep making out. When he gets hard again, continue with the program.

Anxiety is a panic reaction. He's afraid that if he can't "perform," he's going to be horribly embarrassed in some way. And just thinking about that causes the problem to happen. But there's only so long a guy can be panicky when nothing bad is happening, especially when he's being distracted by a warm, loving, passionate girl who is enjoying his company and his body and isn't saying, thinking, or doing anything bad in response to the state of his penis.

It often seems like a man's erection has a mind of its own. If you two ignore it and go ahead and have fun without it, it will eventually show up and join the party. As long as there is no pressure and no time clock, you can take as long as it takes.

Your bf should also consider getting a cockring, an elastic strap or ring that goes around the base of the penis and slows down the outflow of blood, keeping the erection firm. It's a big help, because a guy usually just needs to make it through that 30-second panic point at the start of penetration. Once he's inside and firm and everything is going smoothly, the moment of panic passes naturally, and a ring can help him get through that "panic gap" without going soft.

[Two good beginner's rings: the Tantus Super Soft C Ring, which comes in different sizes, and the Doc Johnson 3 Snap 5 Speed, which is adjustable.]

Another possibility to consider: is he losing his erection only when he puts on a condom? Many men have problems staying erect while putting on or wearing a condom, especially at the beginning of a relationship. If this is the situation, really try to find an acceptable alternative. If possible, get both of you tested for STDs and go on the pill or get an implant or IUD. (I strongly recommend Nexplanon, the implant. It's the single most effective form of birth control, it's quick, simple, and reversible, and you get three years with no worries or hassles, with nothing that you have to remember to do or take or buy.)

If nothing else works, suggest that he see a doctor and get a short-term prescription for Cialis, say five pills. Half a pill will probably be enough each time for the first few times. After that he can go to a quarter pill for the next few times. Since he can get it up with oral and handjobs, the pill is really unnecessary, but it can provide an effective assist and a lot of psychological reassurance. If a handful of pills can be the bridge to a good sex life, why not?

Longer-term solution: suggest that he learn to meditate and investigate other simple methods for reducing/managing stress.

Good luck to you both!

I'm inexperienced in cock rings but I've bought a set of rubber ones and, most recently, a tantus silicone one from Amazon. I don't know that I've experienced any "benefit" from using it but the tantus feels much better than the rubber set.

some do, many don't. a basic silicone cock ring that's stretchy and basic to get your feet wet like this: https://www.tantusinc.com/products/beginner-c-ring

cheaper similar thing elsewhere: https://www.amazon.com/Tantus-Super-Soft-Ring-Black/dp/B007CE5W5K

Congrats on trying new things! I would recommend against a disposable ring because they are generally made of jelly or non-body safe materials. Instead, look for a flexible body-safe ring (so, silicone as opposed to rigid metal or leather). Tantus has a good model that you can get pretty cheap on Amazon, if you're in the US. Pretty stretchy. While there are different ways you can wear them, you might want to start with one of the standard two: around the balls and penis, or around the penis sitting right above the balls. Make sure that whatever kind of ring you use, you lube it up - this is especially important if you have long pubic hair.

When you do eventually get one with a vibrator, I prefer the ones that use a removable bullet, because you can swap out the bullet for one with different vibration strength/patterns.

It depends on the man's shape, I think. CRB would know more about this I suspect. This one worked well.

This one was good too.

this one is good

Try a cock ring, sometimes during sex with a condom I find I have the same problem. I like this one, super simple and inexpensive.

I’d be leery of wearing one for an extended length of time. I have this one:

Yea those are all way too small and the constriction would be excessive.

The 0.79" diameter one would need to stretch 101.2658%.

The 0.87" diameter one would need to stretch 82.7586%.

The 1.10" diameter one would need to stretch 44.5454%.

The smallest you're probably going to want is going to be a diameter of 1.325" which would be a 20% stretch. Full disclaimer, I don't think anyone has sat down and figured out the amount of stretch a cock ring should have but anything above 20% is most likely going to hurt, be difficult to put on, and cause issues.

A 1.3826" diameter is going to be a 15% stretch.

A 1.44545" diameter is going to have a 10% stretch.

A 1.51428" diameter is going to have a stretch of 5% so, I wouldn't go any larger than that. e.g. The Tantus Super Soft C-Ring. Please be aware that I am only using an Amazon link because the one provided is from Tantus's official storefront there so they will be legitimate.

Keep in mind that you won't find anything with those exact measurements so the actual stretch of what you wind up with will be higher or lower but, those measurements should point you in the right direction.
