From what I can tell, they're these covers. Nice and cheap:

For dual 140 slots, I noticed Silverstone has a pretty nice-looking option, though it looks kinda restrictive for airflow:

You can buy single fan filters off of amazon and such. makes it easy to add dust filtering to your case.

So far so good! I took out the hard drive cages since I didn't need them and unfortunately there aren't dust filters on the bottom (probably because most people still use hard drives).
Instead, I got two of these: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KHO0I38 (I bought more fans too, the $12 Cooler Master 4-pack). The fit isn't exact, but at least it'll prevent dust. I liked it enough that I got another for the 140mm rear exhaust fan: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KHO0CZW No dust is getting in my new case!
A couple of things:
The Meshify C is too big, the Dan Case has crap cooling (where would a fan go anyway?), and none of the other cases on the market do it for me.

I've spent way more time on this than I should have. This is inspired by the Meshify C, the Dan Case and the DIY Perks MDF case.

You should be able to do this with some MDF and some patience. While the dimensions aren't perfect, the final product should be around 12.3L, which is as small as it gets for having space for two 2.5" drives behind the MB, 2 platter drives, the best GPUs on the market, a CD-ROM, and the best cooling that you can get (no compromises).

You could easily shrink it down by nixing the CD Rom and the two HDs, if you've no use for them.

You should flip the rear fan to intake and get a magnetic fan filter for it, if you're concerned about dust. I like the build!
