I keep most of them in two acrylic nail polish racks on my wall. I keep tall lip glosses and liquid lipsticks in these.
I put together a basic how-to on transferring paints to droppers just a bit ago. You can get different sized droppers for the washes. I suggest nail polish racks to hold the paints. I use both wall and desk racks.
