In theory it should Just Work. In practice, Destiny has a history of having issues when hosting two or more fireteam members from behind the same NAT. I think these issues were mostly cleared up, but I'm also not aware of anyone trying to run a fireteam of 6 from the same location.
You should be fine with just the one router. You can use an ethernet switch to connect all the systems to one router/modem if it doesn't have enough ports, you can buy one of those for like 15 bucks, something like this:

or this little thing on Amazon?

I have S9 Miners and use [this] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004UBU8IE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) as a bridge and [this] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0034CL3MA/ref=od_aui_detailpages01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to connect them to it. Cheap and effective.

I was thinking of getting:
Tp link c50:
and
separate switch:
will use the switch mainly for moving file across NAS and comp which have gigabit ports. Only issue is that there will a Fk ton of cables/power plugs.
It's an older version of the TP Link TL-SF1008D
