I use those DaKine wrist guards. They are marketed as snowboarding wrist guards as they are slim fitting and kind of have minimal support but they do still work. Another small gripe about them is they get like really wet from sweat super fast. Kinda weird thing but yea haha. I wear the k22 knee pads by Triple eight Triple 8 KP 22 Knee Pads (Black, Large) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000ASZAA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_NVQBDbWXEDS90 they are full hard shell but fit relatively slim still definitely been a life saver for sure. I started skating aggressive with no pads and learned REAL quick that was a dumb idea. I even wear crash pants now for aggressive. I wear the hill billy crash pants but I think the ones made by triple eight would be more comfortable. I was just going for MAX protection haha.

I started with a skate helmet, but have looked into gloves and knee pads. I like to ride in shorts, so the pads will help.

Considering a full face helmet now, but undecided. Visually it seems overkill, but I enjoy eating solid food.
