By "glock front sight tool," do you mean this?

Are the mepros plastic or metal? (can't tell and didn't see anything that said one way or the other)

Your front sight might be a little loose because the nut is not secure. I would recommend something like this to snug it down, and perhaps a very small amount of blue loctite.
