Go to home Depot and get a pumice Stone and go to town.
It's the same stone that us sold at a higher markup for removing dead skn from feet.
So get an extra one to use after a bath and give yourself a at home pedicure.
Me clean also works but try finding the generic name of that item and get it for dirt cheap for online but if you are in a rush the pumice stone is likely available at home Depot for cheap.
