This looks to be the older model. I bought this version a week ago. Works great, Pretty easy to setup.

Not as cheap, but:

Add the word "gas" to your search parameters. That'll get you the ones with gas spring arms that can be adjusted really easily on the fly. Alternative to getting a dual mount: get two single arm mounts.

I have (2) 27” dell 1440p 144hz monitors mounted on this desk with no issues, c clamp on the back. I have tons of space. I would go that route, but even with them on their stands, you would have enough space. The table is exactly those dimensions.

Here is what I use:

Edit: I do keep my UPS and PC on the floor on their own small stands, as I don’t like the extra weight on the desk or risking them falling. I keep my monitors, Xbox and switch on my desk. So I have a ton of free room for work and gaming.

Hahaha, I feel you with the /r/nosleep grind. This is the stand I'm using, great for moving the monitors around but not quite as nice as I hoped

Do you want a wall mount or desk mount? I usually go with desk mounts.

I personally like gas spring monitor mounts a lot because they offer a high degree of adjustments. You can pivot, tilt, swivel, and height adjust by just moving the monitor around with your hands.

It feels like the monitor is floating in the air almost.

Some people don't like/want to adjust their monitors. They prefer a fixed mount like one of these:

Arms are incredible and make any desk/monitor setup 100x better.

No complaints about the ones I've linked as i own them.

It's a 100mm x 100mm but it's recessed, so I can't guarantee it will work with every 100mm x 100mm mount out there. Im currently using it with [this] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M4D395O/) arm, if that helps.

I'm looking for a dual monitor mount. One that is fully adjustable. I would love some recommendations especially if you own an ASUS PG279Q.

What is the difference between this $60 VIVO mount versus this $190 Amazon Basics mount?

Are there any dual mounts that you have used that you would recommend as "best in class"?

Also I will be mounting an ASUS PG279Q and a 22" LG 1080p LED. I was wondering specifically about the PG279Q's recessed VESA mount. I have tried before to mount a PG279Q on what claimed to be a 100x100 VESA mount but ended up not fitting in the recessed mounting "dock thingy". Does anyone own a PG279Q that also uses a dual mount and can confirm that the mount fits inside the recessed VESA mount of the PG279Q?

Thanks

I was using a vertical stand for the last two weeks, 27 1440p bottom 24 1200p top. Hated every second of it and returned the stand/mount today.

looking at the top screen for more than a minute made my neck ache, which totally ruined it because I always use my secondary screen for video watching while the main is my workspace.

Additionally, every time I went for the title bar on a window, to close a tab or whatever, if I overshot the mouse even one pixel, the cursor ends up three inches higher than im looking. Having to mentally find my cursor again and again on a daily basis sucked, and telling windows to keep the monitors side by side was very unintuitive.

I am buying one of the two mounts next week, undecided which yet:

First one looks nice because you can precisely align the height of two monitors, second one gives much more flexibility in movement.

Regardless, I hated vertical.
