There are plenty of options to give you Bluetooth for not much more! Either a Bluetooth adapter or buy the speakers separately and get something like this . I can’t personally vouch for the quality of the amp but you get the idea.

I want to know if there's a way I could wire my rear speakers for use with a small amp like this for when the car is off. What I'm not sure about is how I would wire my speakers, so they still work while I'm driving but will also work when I turn the small amp on when the car is off. Is this even possible or would my rear speakers need to be dedicated to offline use in that case?
