Been getting mine in gallon sizes from amazon for months now, definitely food grade. I use a mix of 50/50 of avocado and almond oil.

Essential oils are not food. Ever. Essential oils consist of volatile organic compounds which comprise a small part by mass (0.01%-20%, it varies) of plants and are distilled out. Most essential oils are highly toxic in large amounts, but can be safely used as flavorings/odorants in small concentrations.

Food oils consist of triglycerides, which are not volatile, and are extracted from foods containing them usually by pressing (mechanically) rather than distillation.

My favorites are coconut oil (bought in bulk from Amazon), bacon fat, and olive oil for salads. But! For the connoisseur, almond oil does exist and it is quite delicious.

Here is how I make bulletproof coffee:

6 oz of hot black coffee

24 grams of coconut oil

14 grams of almond oil

2-3 packets of Splenda (I know, I know, Splenda is shit and blah blah blah, I like it...)

I blend that together with this ikea milk frother and slurp that shit down like its my job (it is soooooo tasty btw)

HOPEFULLY you can have almond oil as it is awesome. Hope that helps!

The Baja Precious gallon bottle seems to be the best, although I have not tried it. I'm using their sweet almond oil gallon though, which is really great. A little cheaper.
