A quick google search of "gm# 12389548" comes up with a number of parts houses that sell them. Ballpark $550 -

Break booster from Amazon is $165

Break Master Cylinder (assuming it needs to be done) $142

Breaks (assuming you need new rotors as well as pads and you have 4 wheel disc) is $175

The tires are a decent deal so that seem fair but the rest of it is bs in my opinion

Gotcha. I'm looking at how the original boosters were, and there was a bracket that lifted it past the wiper motor. Something like this should work:
