The chicken of the sea 2.5 oz packaged salmon is 11.30 or so for 12 packages. It gets even cheaper if you choose to subscribe to deliveries of it. It's certainly cheaper than buying individual packages at the store for me. Sorry I can't send a link easily on mobile.

So the following things are pretty easy with a fridge and microwave:
The trouble I see is fitting in some brotein. One option if you want to try it is canned fish like salmon or sardines. When I get salmon I try to get the ones that are just salmon and maybe salt. No oil or water. Something like this one or this one. You can get a big bag of spring mix or baby spinach, a small bottle of olive oil, and make very easy salmon salads off this stuff. Alton Brown's sardine avocado toast is another solid mix of brotein and healthy fats. Sardines are definitely more of an acquired taste though.
Salmon pouches are one of the most efficient and healthiest food items you can carry on a hike.

No need for refrigeration. No extra water weight like canned fish has. And no extra weight from the metal can itself.
I recommend Salmon and Tuna pouches. They don't require refrigeration and have a long shelf life. Keep those and some mayo packets in your desk and you will always have something to eat.
You... You know they have canned boneless skinless salmon at damn near every grocery store, right? Just check the label before you buy.
I prefer Pasta Sides + a packet of tuna/salmon/chicken. Quick to cook, filling, light, and cheap.
Overall looks like a good multi-day list. I compared with my gear list and these are the discrepancies:
My go-to items for meals:
Just remember you can mix and match some form of pasta and some type of meat and the possibilities are endless. If you're worried about food you can always fall back on the easy (albeit expensive) pre-made dehydrated meals at REI.
half the time I'll have black coffee. The other half I'll have a single 14oz can of salmon like This stuff. Doesn't need to be difficult.
It came from Costco, but it looks very similar to this and is about $2/can, not that amazon price.
Dang, here try this one
Chicken of the Sea Premium Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon, 2.5 oz. (Pack of 12)
Look for stuff like this. A couple foil packs of salmon, tuna, etc. Easy to pack. Tastes great.
