I don't post anymore BUT got rid of my chair and bought this blanket rack and it looks like those clothes were born to hang there. Fuck that chair. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000NPOQAW/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_9yKNzb21K38MJ
I don't own one yet but here are a few I really like.
#1,
#2,
#3, and the one that I will probably, if I can find one, get due to limited space #4. Not sure if any of those are up your alley?
Get some quilt hangers and put up comforters as that will help the talking noises. Walking it may help some, but not always.

I'm thinking its a homemade quilt rack. My grandma used them to hold all the wool blankets she used to knit (knit blankets are rarely ever king/queen sized, more like a throw you use when laying on the couch) Here's one on amazon
If I don’t feel like having a sleeve i have used command spring clips to hang wall quilts. Or if you’re feeling luxurious, wooden quilt hangers are also a thing (I bought a similar one for around $20 at a rummage sale, but haven’t used it yet)
I recently purchased a hang it dang it (website) for half-off at a quilt show. I am working to have interchangeable wall hangings for all seasons, and they’re all different sizes so that makes for easier swapping. I don’t think it hangs as flat as my usual wooden lattice I use in my quilt sleeves
