I bought this skirt from Amazon a couple of weeks ago and LOVE it. It’s a nice heavy material (with pockets!) that looks way more expensive than it is IMO. I’m planning on building a collection of them in different colors and patterns, because I also live in A-line skirts. The price ranges from $10-21 USD depending on the color.

but really, you can just do an amazon search for "women's flowy foldover skirt." the maxi skirts are cute too.

You can get the plain grey v-neck anywhere, I'd recommend Merona at Target or something similar. American Apparel sells the plaid pleated skirts here, or Amazon here.

I couldn't find similar socks but just search "grey striped knee high socks" and you might be able to, or look in store pretty much anywhere.

If you don't mind a bit more poof in the skirt, possibly try a petticoat like this one?

The sizes refer to the length. I got a 3x skirt so that I could have a bit of a train. It fit great. I had my friend try it on, she's a 12-14, and it fit! It was snug, but would have worked if she wanted to use it!

I got the vest and the skirt on Amazon. The skirt turned out to be a little darker than the vest. I got the shirt at a thrift store and altered it a bit.

Still looking for a suitable top. There is one by Elizabeth McKay which is a purple navy diamond ruffle blouse, but it was discontinued and it's hard to find. Here is one that sold so you can see it. It's much too purple but it's the closest thing I have found so far.
