https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C8M6PZJ/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1but the stuff bag it comes with is useless, you have to get another stuff bag to stuff the coat into. this coat is lightweight and warm!

but slightly even more lightweight and less bulky and prettier than above, but not as warm as above, is the 32 degrees coat https://www.amazon.com/32-DEGREES-Womens-Hooded-Packable/dp/B07HJC4GQQ/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=32+degrees+coat&qid=1555000372&s=gateway&sr=8-8
the stuff bag that comes with is good!

i love the 32 degrees jackets and wear them daily. https://www.amazon.com/32-DEGREES-Womens-Weight-Packable/dp/B07H5W59YH/ref=sr_1_18?keywords=32%2Bdegrees%2Bjacket&qid=1555000424&s=gateway&sr=8-18&th=1
the stuff bag that comes with is good!

amazon essentials also has jackets but i hated the fit.

32 degrees also has their own website often with cheaper prices than amazon!
ladies heated parka! there's a mens version here.... I honestly suspect these will take over the world. wish there was a way for me to invest in them! enjoy
I just got a coat I'm so happy with. I got it off of Amazon and it is really warm, fairly priced, and has enough room to wear a sweater under. I am pretty much 3x across the board and this coat is roomy.
Roamans Women's Plus Size Classic-Length Quilted Parka with Hood - Midnight Violet, 3X https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TXX5C8J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_N0bZDb6WA97WP
Okay, so: here's one by BCBGeneration in dark brown that's almost certainly the right cut, but the wrong color. I think it's a perfect match for the photo, but the bad news is, they don't sell it. You can check used couture sites or closet sites, but it's going to be a long slog. Knowing it's from BCBGeneration probably helps.
Here are some alternatives that have the quilted sleeve detail that makes your piece distinctive...
Hope this helps.
Perhaps this or this? The second link might be a bit overkill, depending on your situation--if you're walking 6 blocks at 7 in the morning when it's 30 degrees outside, you might need something more like a winter coat, whereas from ~10 am onwards it'll probably go up to 40's-60's.
Are you arguing support here? Pure conjecture here but I'd wager those would look amazing at that time in any clothing. You could put her in a Triple F.A.T. Goose Parka and you could still tell she was packing heat.
Sorry this took so long, but here you goz I added hats, gloves, and scarves as a sort of apology for being so late:
Good outer coats: https://www.amazon.com/ELORA-Womens-Winter-Jacket-Fleece-Trim/dp/B07BS4GTJC/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1540096730&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=winter+coat+for+women&psc=1

Find something long and thick with a cozy hood. Make sure it is water resistent as well.
Good undercoats:

https://www.amazon.com/CAMEL-CROWN-Waterproof-Windbreaker-Outdoor/dp/B07FTB6Z34/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1540096730&sr=8-17&keywords=winter+coat+for+women

Find something warm but light and with or without a hood- it doesn't matter too much unless you plan on using it in spring, in which case get one with a hood or a removable hood.
Good hats:
https://www.amazon.com/Yesurprise-Trapper-Russian-Trooper-Windproof/dp/B075L5G81C/ref=sr_1_9?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097173&sr=1-9&nodeID=7141123011&psd=1&keywords=warm+winter+hat+with+earflap

Get something with clippable ear flaps. Trust me, they'll be lifesavers. Water resistance is important as well.
Good gloves:
https://www.amazon.com/OZERO-Deerskin-Leather-Motorcycle-Cycling/dp/B07DZYG7CB/ref=sr_1_11?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097380&sr=1-11&nodeID=7147440011&psd=1&keywords=warm+waterproof+winter+gloves
https://www.amazon.com/Manzella-Womens-Fahrenheit-Touch-Gloves/dp/B00KZCY3Z6/ref=sr_1_36?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097437&sr=1-36&nodeID=7147440011&psd=1&keywords=warm+waterproof+winter+gloves
Get something water proof and with fingers. Mittens are the worst when you have to do something outside. Wrist straps are great for keeping the snow out.
Face coverings:
https://www.amazon.com/Seirus-Innovation-Neofleece-Combo-Scarf/dp/B0018BGFF4/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097490&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=warm+waterproof+winter+face+covering

Make sure it covers your face, nose, cheeks, and neck (front and back). If it goes over your entire head like a hat that's even better, it's perfect for wearing under a hat. You'll want it to be waterproof. I find face coverings work better than scarves.
Columbia Womens Morning Light II Omni Heat Long Jacket Coat Puffer (XS, Teal) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JBMH9WF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_C9roDbG7A8H3K
I love this Columbia one! It’s super thin, easy to clean, and really warm. You’ll definitely want to get a parka (it really helps with the wind). Also, you don’t need to spend more than $100, or even $80. A good winter coat doesn’t have to be super expensive.
https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Essentials-Lightweight-Water-Resistant-Packable/dp/B07BMNZ376
I'd love to be considered. I'm from Oregon and it's absolutely freezing. I haven't had a new coat in years but yet all 5 of my kids do. It's the little things that make your day like fuzzy socks or a warm hoodie or even a brand new coat. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
Here are some lilac colored ones I found, I tried not to go over the $100 mark by too much and most are under that. There's not a ton of options since $100 is fairly low for a coat especially right now when none of them are on sale. You should definitely look again at the end of the season.
Oversized Puffer

Checkerboard Faux Fur
Bright Yellow Faux Fur
Preppy Plaid (navy/red/baby blue)
Girly Preppy Plaid (black/white/pink)
Light Pink Wool Moto Style
Royal Blue Trench
Baby Blue Faux Shearling
Royal Blue Patent Puffer
Mustard Windbreaker
Red Puffer
Orange Duffle

I found most of these using shopstyle.com because you can narrow by price and color, so there's probably tons more you could find. Preowned through ebay/poshmark/etc would be a good option too.
unfortunately didn't get an answer :-[ i did a bit of hunting. Kohls has some nice ones out this year, but this one is just from amazon and might be a nice, cheaper alternative.
I don’t have one to sell, but got a Columbia last year for every day wear and I love it. Has a hood, covers my butt, is thin enough to wear in the car comfortably, but also warm enough for a New England football game. Not belted but similar style ?
I also know Kate Spade makes a lot of quilted puffers in pink, but I don’t think quilted is what you’re looking for.
Here you go:

I just ordered this CHERRY CHICK Women's Packable Down Jacket XX-Small 2016 Dark Green https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LYZYE86/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_osf4ybT21FNR7
The packaging is amusing.
