Oh I cheated! It’s just a mix! Sticky Fingers blueberry scones! I added a touch of vanilla, a touch of almond extract, and some cinnamon, though. I also used unsweetened cashew milk instead of water for the recipe.

You can buy the mix on Amazon! They’ve got a ton of different flavors and make for an easy, tasty, lo-cal breakfast with some turkey bacon!

ETA: Sticky Fingers Wild Blueberry Scone Mix, 15-Ounces (Pack of 3) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00473U3R6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DfawDbZFHSF08

It’s $18 for a 3-pack, and one pouch makes a dozen.

Fellow celiac here! I have a horrible selection for grocery stores, so I buy a lot of things off of Amazon a case at a time. It is way cheaper than I can find anywhere this way. Stop buying the Udi's muffins. Honestly, they taste like crap and you can make ones that are soooo much better! I like to do a lot of baking mixes so I don't have to guess on what ratios of flours to use. Anyways, here are a few of my favorites:

  • Pasta that tastes good and has good texture - Tinkyada

  • Pizza crust mix that my husband likes even better than the gluten filled stuff I used to make - Bob's Red Mill GF Pizza Crust Mix

  • Bread mix that we make in a dedicated GF bread machine - Glutino Gluten Free Bread Mix

  • Muffins - King Arthur Muffin Mix

  • Pancakes, waffles, cookies, biscuits, muffins, just all around awesome baking substitute - Pamela's Gluten Free Baking Mix

If you get adventurous and want to try baking your items with a flour substitute, Cup4cup or Better Batter are both great. I've used them both as replacements of regular flour in things I've made and turned out very similar to using regular flour. I also make my own chicken fingers using the GF Bisquick (there is a GF chicken finger recipe on the box). We also eat a lot of rice and quinoa.

Get Jiffy cornbread. It is by far the best easy cornbread, and every American will like it. Even the snobs will like it if you don't tell them it's Jiffy. Honestly, I turned up my nose at it, and then when I tasted it, I was like, "Holy shit, that's good!"

I also linked you to the amazon.co.uk link for it, so you can get it there, if nothing else.

Edit: Don't listen to these Philistines! Sweet cornbread is the only way to go! (Actually, savory cornbread is good, too, but I like it sweet).

The Jif/Jiffy thing most likely comes from people getting the name confused with the cornbread mix. https://www.amazon.com/Jiffy-Corn-Muffin-Mix-24ct/dp/B0002IMTB8

Gift One: This real bat encased in an acrylic block. Obviously I don't need it, but I really really want it. Bats are my favorite animal and I think it would look awesome hanging out on my dresser.

Gift Two: Low carb chocolate chip muffins. Help me stay on my diet! C'mon...gimme. :D

Thanks for the contest, you guys are so awesome!

Have you heard of Kodiak mixes? They're high protein baking mixes. I've seen muffin, pancake, waffle, etc. You could make up a batch of those early in the week and have it during the day.

I also found an almond flour banana bread recipe that I'm waiting to try out- but can't personally vouch for it. Good reviews though.

One of the Kodiak Cake products I've tried- a microwave muffin in a cup- it was actually really good. I'm a sucker for blueberry muffins so this was a nice way to get the craving out of the way and also get protein and fiber.

Find me the most amazing bed. It should be comfy and awe-inspiring.

We have the Boots and Barkley version of this dog bed. My little dog sleeps on it, even though we got it for the big one (the little dog has her own, smaller dog bed that the big one now uses. The weirdos). I know it's the best bed in the world, because she used to wake us up early whining to go outside. Now, she lays in bed until I'm up and dressed, suppressing her outstanding need to urinate in favor of laying there.

Perfect bedtime snack. What is it?

I like muffins. This is my favorite kind. They are delicious and wonderful and make the world a delightful place :)

I love classic flannel pajama sets, particularly the ones with cute pictures. What’s the best one you can find?

Owls and polka dots make a sleepy Amber a happy Amber. Now, just to find some muffins....

You are never too old for a nightlight. Find a fun one.

Ooooh, nice! I see cool night lights in Target all the time and always want to get one (ok, all of them), but I never do because we don't really need one. But I checked amazon for the best nightlight in the entire world and I found this one. Because dinosaurs. Do I really need to explain further? :)

Nobody sleeps until the baby sleeps. Can you find an item that will help baby sleep?

Have you tried reading baby a book? This one is particularly effective, I think ;)

Every night I sleep with an animal plushie I bought as a souvenir at the San Diego Zoo. Can you link a plushie version of the same animal

I'm guessing giraffe. My entire basis is that I have a giraffe stuffed animal that I recently got from the NC Zoo. My logic may not be sound, I just love giraffes :)

She used to say she could taste sleep and that it was as delicious as a BLT on fresh French bread. Thanks for the contest! This was a ton of fun. Sorry for being a bit longwinded... :)

Are you looking for Betty Crocker brand "Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix"? I grew up on that stuff. Yummy.

These Rum Balls are pretty good. I've ordered them a couple of times. I've been tempted to try these muffins as well.

It's hard to find keto-friendly desserts in the stores. I was roaming our local grocery for about 30 minutes yesterday looking. :(

Congrats on the new piece. I have one just like it and a Wagner of the same size. They're great for single-serving meals. Here is an idea...

Get you one of those to your liking and instead of using a muffin pan, pour all of it into your well-buttered #3 and bake. Instead of 6-9 mini-muffins you get one MEGA-Mini-Muffin. You won't regret it.

They do:

They have something similar at Target in the freezer section

I was going crazy watching my bf eat donuts and Oreos so I looked up Keto desserts and found these! 2g net carbs per muffin and yes, they are actually sooo good! She sells so many different Keto desserts on amazon!

Standard grocery store. Amazon. The ones I get are these: https://www.amazon.com/Duncan-Hines-Perfect-Sunrise-Cinnamon/dp/B079M8YGYH/

For some reason, my store got them and was selling them for only $.60 a box (so 15 cents a cake). I have no idea why, normal price at the local big grocery is something like $2. But for that price I bought all the cinnamon ones they had.
