My goal is to have a family dinner at least 3 times a week. I know the cookware won't help me achieve that goal, but it puts me one step closer.

If I was making this disneybound for my son, I'd pick Sora from KH3, its pretty straight forward for a disneybound I think. I'd get black knee-length cargo shorts, and sew/fabric glue/heatbond the strips of red on the thighs, but even without that the black cargo shorts would be fine. Then I'd get a black or dark grey tshirt, and a really lightweight black zip-up hoodie that I'd take the sleeves off of and wear unzipped over the tshirt. (Or, you could buy something like this ) Since I sew, I'd just line the hood part with red. Cheap black and yellow shoes available here ) I'm pretty sure some variation of the shorts, hoodie(s), and shoes can all be purchased at places like walmart too. The Sora necklace is available here - hook a keyblade keychain to your beltloop (available here ) or you could stop by a craft store like Michaels and see if they have crown and key charms available. Your local second-hand store probably also has shorts, tshirt/hoodies and shoes available, if the color of the shoes isn't just right, fabric markers or sharpies are available in craft stores. To be honest, I really don't remember. It could have been Square's store, but back then I'm sure that would have been too pricey for me, unless they had a cheaper version, usually their jewelry is expensive. This one on amazon looks pretty similar, with the rounded edges, and the heavy chain, but I'm not sure if it's the same size. The description makes it seem smaller than what is shown in that image.

I never trained Jake to growl, I actually strongly discouraged it. When we were playing with his toy or playing tug of war, as soon as he growled, the playing was over.
I did train him to speak though. Anytime he barks (someone at the door, etc.) then say "speak, speak, speak, good boy, speak, good boy!" - then he learns to associate the term speak with when he barks. Similar to how for the first month or two, I would constantly say "poop" when he went out to go poop so I could tell before I went on a walk if he was going to just pee or poop too.
Another fun training thing, I bought some of these and hung four of them up by my door to get him to nudge it with his nose anytime he needed to go out.
