It's this one. It's sold as a women's piece, but I don't think it's too feminine for a man.
I am almost exactly the same build as you and I got these tank tops from Amazon last year in XS and love them! I also recommend Lululemon stuff in size 2 but it’s pretty expensive so I wouldn’t recommend going down that road unless you’re okay putting down a fair amount of money.
edit: just reread your post and saw the part about long sleeves! perhaps the shirts I linked to have a long sleeve option, sorry for not being as helpful as I thought I was being!!
Hey everyone, Ive been needing to buy some more workout tanks as my current ones are about to look like they've been sucked into a category 5 hurricane.
I like wearing high waisted leggings and a shorter workout tank top. It's not too cropped to the point where you can see the top of the waistband, but it is definitely shorter than most womens tanks I see at the stores. Why do they make them so long? agh
Anyways, do any of you know of any brands, or any work out tanks that arent about to be floor length gowns? haha. More of a slightly cropped look.

I ordered these on Amazon and they've been working out (no pun intended) really well. They're not too high of a cut, but they're fitted and supported enough where I feel like I'm not going to fall out or flash anyone. I'd definitely recommend these because they have plenty of room in the top! (And as a plus, they're so cheap that if they don't work out, you could always wear them as sleep shirts haha)
