If you are a serious DIYer, I would get ac Actron CP9680

It has a test feature to do a self test for fog emissions (if it can communicate with your car).

It can also give you live data to see the long/short term fuel trims.

I found it on Amazon.. Is this it? and is the price around that (~$300 canadian).. but the seller is just Launched... not sure if I can trust..
also it says "GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Hyundai vehicles" OBD is supposed to be industry standard but why only them??
