So I my roommates moved in before me and set everything up. I walk into the bathroom and see This. This is the pride and joy my roommates were telling me about.
Yes. You want to search for either "Electronic Toilet Seat" or "Advanced Bidet Toilet Seat" or "washlet.' There's a range. Fair warning: They're typically not cheap. I got this one at Costco for $200 a few years ago, which is definitely on the low side for one of those, especially with that feature set. It's not available anymore though. A comparable model could be about $400-$500. This one is reasonably priced at $250, but it doesn't have an air dryer feature like the intelliseat. I also had an opportunity to use this one when I was in Japan, and it gets a nod of approval.
It seems like a lot to spend, but as others have said, once you get accustomed to it, you realize it's worth every penny.

It has it's own warmer and everything.
Although I don't know if Costco is selling it anymore I bought it in 2012 apparently.
