I'd go on a road trip and drive an hour or so to stock up on water, where it isn't sold out, and place a few orders on amazon.

I can buy a 24 pack of 16oz water bottles at a retail store for $4 on sale.

167*4= $668 spent (maybe. I'm sure you can get them much cheaper buying bulk directly from the manufacturer)
The worst part is that those bottles are so tiny that they won't even be good for storage.
