Thousands of other resources you can use. I'd recommend Mark Manson. His book Model's and his articles on his website will really help with the way you are feeling. About looking at life in a way you haven't really seen before. A few years back I was feeling similar to "some" of what you are and his approach really helped me. I'm full of confidence now. (Spoiler: It's about the metrics in which you are defining success and failure and all you really need to do is change them but I can't help you understand this in a post. Read his books.
