No RGB? Why not this cooler? Cooling performance will increase. It has 50% more radiator and fans, but don't expect cooling to be 50% better. Maybe 20-30%.

There's a significant performance boost with fast RAM on Ryzen. Actually it's the one thing that has the most impact on performance. Much more than overclocking. There's a cheaper path with Micron E-die RAM that you have to manually overclock and it doesn't have RGB.

The Sabrent Rocket is the cheapest SSD out of the very fast ones. And opposed to something like Intel's 660p, it has TLC NAND, instead of QLC.

  1. downgrade cpu to i5-9600k or upgrade to i9-9900k. the performance difference between all 3 cpu’s is so minimal that $200 is not worth it unless you have A LOT of money to spend.

  2. get a more reliable cpu cooler. if your thinking air cooling, noctua will not let you down. for aio - almost anything from the corsair hydro series will work perfectly fine. the h80i works incredibly, and so does h100 and similar titles. my friend got this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DV29GYN/ref=asc_df_B07DV29GYN6001508?tag=georiot-us-default-20&ascsubtag=tomshardware-1840615343361253505-20. it has high-quality rgb (which means more fps) and it runs super quietly at freezing temps. it won’t let you down.

  3. your ram is still blazing fast compared to the rest of the build, but it sorta slouches. you should upgrade to 3200mhz asap or even faster if you can (keep in mind latency).

Ah I don't think those were listed on the pcpartpicker, dang.

I'm wanting to get a liquid water cooler for my CPU.

Which of these two should I go with?

I haven't OC'ed my Ryzen 7 2700x but I might like to in the future. Also I have noticed my case feeling a bit warm at times lately.

I have a Cooler Master MasterBox Pro 5 Mid tower case. Would the CM cooler work better for me?

OK. So if I live in America and I am getting a ML240R/ML360R, then you are saying that after 2 years if my AIO fails then I am shit out of luck correct? as per https://www.coolermaster.com/warranty/

this is the AIO I am looking at
