Is this a Delta faucet?
Bend the copper tubing out of the way. Disconnect the sprayer hose. Delta makes a 15/16" through-wrench. https://www.amazon.com/DELTA-FAUCET-RP60924-Delta-Wrench/dp/B004EBPDP8
That looks a lot like a Delta mount; the white plastic nut on the right (and the one not in the picture to the left) will come off by hand easily, but the rusted square/C-shaped bracket is probably held on by a nut that's threaded onto the brass tube furthest from the camera. To remove the faucet, unclip that flexible hose, stick the Delta wrench on there, and unscrew the nut. Then (with the water shut off, obviously) disconnect the copper pipes, get that bracket off, and work the three pipes upward. It's going to be a bit of a pain in the ass because they'll just barely fit.
