These work well for sanding inside the chip. Clean the area before painting to make sure there's no dirt or wax. If you can see bare metal you should put primer on after sanding away any rust.
I found it easiest to just blob some paint onto it and then use [this stuff] (http://www.amazon.com/Langka-LANGKA-The-Blob-Eliminator/dp/B000BAT622/ref=sr_1_2?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1417577076&sr=1-2&keywords=sanding+pen) to remove the excess. Also, don't buy touch-up paint from sketchy Amazon sellers. I learned that the hard way.

It's to big to use the drop and swipe method of Dr. Colorchip, but that doesn't mean the paint won't work at all. Honestly, that thing is pretty huge. I don't think you are going to be satisfied with the results unless you get it professionally resprayed.

You are going to need to sand it, and probably peel up the areas around it that are bubbling and sand those too. Personally, I don't think I'd use Dr. Colorchip on a chip that size. If you want to try it yourself before you get it re-sprayed, I'd try a more traditional touch up paint and Langka Blob Eliminator : http://amzn.com/B000BAT622

This sounds like the answer - I'd have recommended Dr. ColorChip, but you already have a bit of rust, so you need to get rid of that first for sure. If you leave little blobs of the touch-up paint that stand proud of the paint surface, Langka Blob Eliminator works pretty well at knocking them back down.

I live in a pretty strict emisions state and I just had them cut my pipes at the Y and run straight duals out the back. Never had a problem with emissions here. Just keep the cats and have some Flowmaster 40's hooked up. An X or H pipe WILL cut down on noise if you're planning further mods. I didn't really notice until I got my 4.10's but my sixxer howls on the highway now.

Also, I had some horrible touch-up done to my car's hood when I got it and this took care of it. Just rub that across the touch-up and it'll get rid of most of the uneven surface, or at least give you something to start at the base with. If it's not into the base-coat with the scratches I'd try rubbing it out with some Meguiar's scratch-fix 2.0. Stuff works wonders if you're patient enough.
