Bidet's are the literal best thing on the toilet. The cost is entirely worth it especially when you can do mid-poop washes as needed. Bonus points for it being better than even toilet paper (minus the bit you use to dry off with if you don't get the model that will dry you off as well).

I have a slightly different model than this. It heats the seat and it warms the water so you aren't splashing icy cold discomfort all over your ass.

Other poster listed the Toto C100 as the most basic with heating however the A100 is more basic and a bit cheaper but still heats the water (and the seat).
Ok so that seems way more complicated than a regular bidet. We have one you just remove the toilet seat, put it on the toilet, plug it into the outlet and the water and it was done. And we live in the US.
