I strongly don't recommend this.
Why? It only spins 700 RPM. Of course it's going to be very quiet like pretty much every fan that spins 700 RPM. And like fans that spin 700 RPM, it's not going to move very much air.
You can get a good fan for less. Such as the Yate Loon D12SL-12... a fan that's legendary for being well performing, quiet, and absurdly cheap. For about the same price you can grab the 1650RPM D12SM model or for high performance, the D12SH model.
Different brand cards can be somewhat different, but with mine, they blow a good amount of hot air from the front and a bit less from the rear. With that config, they would be sucking in a ton of hot air from their neighbors.
I used zip ties to to make a block of 5 120mm fans lengthwise and have them on top blowing down as close to the VRMs as possible. In my case, no external fans including box fans make much difference, the cards tend to run at 70C.
I used these. Silent compared to the GPU fans, but a lot less air movement than a box fan.

Those cooler master fans are wonderfully cheap but you can't complain since the actual performance and noise these things give are just plain horrible. If you don't mind the noise it makes it's a decent fan though.
I would invest in something better If I were you. Yate Loon fans are very excellent fans whilst being in the price range of those cooler master fans. Search some reviews of it and you should get a pretty good view of what this no-name fan manufacturer offers.
