We sewed our dog booties to a doggy snow pants for my pup, otherwise they would fall off and would get lost in the snow (my dog loves to run in the deep snow). It’s easier to put the whole thing on and if your pup is really furry and tends to get snowballs it makes a big difference.

I have made many dog shirts/ warmers etc myself- its not hard at all if you can sew- Im unclear by your post if you already have the dog shirt or not?

If you already have it, or can buy camo material and make one yourself-, then either a screen printer or a business that embroiders company logos etc ( the sort you see on sports uniforms etc) would be where you need to go.Another option is buying transfer paper for you printer and printing your own.
