1. Aveda Botanical Kinetics™ Hydrating Lotion - Face lotion, applied to face and mustache after shower.

2. Musgo Real Glycerine Lime Soap, MR GLO - Face soap, used before each shave.

3. Proraso Shaving Soap with Eucalyptus Oil and Menthol - Shave soap, whipped up then applied to face for shaving.

4. Proraso Pre and Post Shave Cream - Pre/Post shave cream, massaged into face after washing face with MR GLO. Massaged into face again after shave.

5. Proraso Aftershave Lotion - Aftershave, applied to face either after shave or after shower. My wife likes the smell of this.

6. TABAC ORIGINAL For Men By MAURER & WIRTZ Deodorant Stick - Deodorant, masculine scent of lavender, citrus, and warm florals.

7. Colonel Conk Evernice Model 775 Chrome Safety Razor Stand - Stand, holds DE razor and brush.

8. Merkur Model 180 Long Handled Safety Razor - DE Razor, great weight and balance used to shave face.

9. Tweezerman Men's Shaving Brush - So, so brush used for applying shave soap. Would like a better brush someday.

10. Feather Hi-Stainless Platinum Double Edge Razor Blades - Razors for DE, my favorite so far.

11. Tweezerman His Moustache Scissors with Comb - Scissors and comb, after movember I decided to keep the mustache so these items help maintain its appearance.

12. Comb - Comb, used for combing hair before and after shower.

13. Aveda Men Pure-Formance™ Grooming Clay - Hair product, used after shower with hair wet or dry. Hair looks natural but styled. I'll use pomade if I want the appearance of having a more polished look.

14. Large Stainless Steel Shaving Soap Bowl from Super Safety Razors - Mug, I'd rather have a porcelain mug for class but this does the trick. I use it to soak my brush and razor before each shave. I also use it for creams when not using Proraso.

I have a mustache, no beard. I enjoy the old school feel of wet shaving, so I went old school with scissors.

I had a Philips-Norelco set that held up for about 5 years. I fairly impressed with it. The springs in one of the attatchemnts broke, so that was a bit of a pain in the butt, but nothing major.

Honestly, the best thing for a bearded man who is looking for a BIFL beard grooming item should look into something like THIS or, if you have issues with ear and nose hair as well, THIS(look at the frequently bought together items too).

My beard trimmer broke, so I bought some scissors to replace it. No regrets.

im gonna use one of these scissors (https://www.amazon.com/curved-MUSTACHE-SCISSORS-mulit-purpose-safety/dp/B000SXBHQK) to cut the upper layer of fabric and then burn the loose ends down so they arent super frayed everywhere.

Whoa. That wine story down there is crazy...I've totally had a glass to help numb me up for this stuff before but damn....never have I ever done that! lol

Yea I mean eventually, you learn to love you and your labia (I think that's a book! LOL) And you can hopefully kick your body hang ups! It's your vagina girl, love it :)

For trimming, I'd look at probably something like this so you can comb the hair up in a way that's easier to cut.

How long it lasts depends on your hair growth! The first one won't last as long as subsequent regular waxings because you're only pulling out the first phase of hair growth and hair grows in 3 phases. I would say....I am pretty bare for at least a month and a half after a Brazilian and I've got some pretty fast growing hair. I get waxed probably every 3 months?

I use similar scissors to amazon link to trim the bottom edge of the moustache every two weeks to cover some but not all my upper lip. That’s shorter than this pic. Length looks good in this pic. Length is up to you. If it’s cut a bit short it will grow out soon. I suggest take weekly pics and then compare shorter VS longer. That’s how I decided on the shorter beard look. And use scissors to trim each moustache extension to match.

I would think you would want something straight (because your face curves in all directions) and with a nice small point (so you can snip one exact stray hair if you want)

Something like: https://www.amazon.com/Mustache-Scissors-Precise-Facial-Trimming/dp/B016M4ZCN2

I use something like those for eyebrow, nose hair, and mustache.

I think the scissors on my leatherman are pretty sharp, but for something that specific and already having other tools, I'd rather get the proper scissors: https://www.amazon.com/Curved-Rounded-Facial-Hair-Scissors/dp/B072JT6KYS/
