I would recommend upgrading to a nice digital scale, it will make things easier.
Maybe get a few of these if you haven't yet thought about how you're going to store your loaded ammo.
I have that same tumbler, works great. I would also suggest a separator for afterwords. Some brass polish is nice too.
I think that kit comes with a hand trimmer, but I would recommend a larger one, your hands will thank you.
I went with a Lyman kit for my starter set, and while it's a lot more expensive than yours, I've been very pleased with it.
When you start doing 223 you'll also want a case length trimmer. This one works pretty well for me.
I ran into a similar situation with the player boards for Eclipse and again for Zombicide. In the end, I did purchased my own Thermal Laminator and some extra Thermal Laminating Pouches for this specific purpose. Keep in mind, that the player boards for Eclipse did require the larger A3 Thermal Laminating Pouches though. I am pleased with the results, and I can assure that it has already saved my collection from bent edges and scratches. This was also a nice addition to my own custom player boards that I printed off for Zombicide as well.
They're just normal whiteboard markers, however, we covered the mat with laminating plastic (similar to this) because they didn't wipe off of the mat very well
You can use clear laminating card sheets in a laminator without anything in them. That will create a thick, clear plastic card. You can add stickers or write on it.
You can also write inside the laminate sheet with a marker before you laminate it solid.

I really like this idea. I'm not sure how the tape looks as the laminate coating, but these sheets might be able to make it look a bit more uniform on the inside. Maybe you can take the tape up and replace it with these if you want to bend your budget slightly.

I started making new labels for my collection a few weeks ago, and it is a bit of a pain. If you're not interested in spending a lot of time and money getting labels perfect, I recommend going to retrogamecases and paying the $5/label there. If you're still interested, here is my process:
There are no good sources for high quality label scans that I know of, so I generally make them myself in photoshop using a heavily modified version of this template. The same guy has a European style template as well, but I cannot vouch for its accuracy. Fortunately there is a good source for cover art, which is the cover project. Generally you can make a decently accurate label using the cover art here. Sometimes you need to fudge around with photoshop to remove logos or other stuff that is sometimes on the cover.
For printing, I use an inkjet printer with high quality glossy sticker paper that I then laminate and cut with a scrap-booking cutting machine. After it is cut I can remove the adhesive backing along with the back layer of laminate, and it looks very close to a real SNES label. This particular sticker paper is very unforgiving, so make sure your sticker is even before touching the cartridge!

You can make them yourself. What you do is print a document, business card, etc. using a laser printer, which works by fusing toner to the paper. Then you cut out the foil and tape it over the text you want to gild, and print a "blank" sheet, so that the paper travels through the printer again. The heat from the fuser will cause the foil to bond with the toner already on the paper and you'll have gold lettering. I used to do this on things like certificates and the titles on school reports.

I teach mod/severe in CA. I would wait to see the population you're working with. There are some things you will need. Like velcro squares, velcro rolls, titanium scissors to cut velcro, laminator, 5 mil sheets, 3 mil sheets, rotary trimmer, and optional but I would highly suggest it, a color laser printer The printer can take all manner of recycled cartridges and its nice to have to create picture cards at home. I would also suggest getting a subscription to Lessonpix when you start teaching in order to create all the picture cards you need.
Buy smart and write your name on everything. Take things with you as you go from job to job, if you do so. You paid for it, you take it.
Buy cheaply. Try Oriental Trading Post, stuff straight from China on Ebay, Reallygoodstuff.com, Dollar Tree, 99 Cent store, etc. Look at end of holiday sales. Look at ways to make what you can or adapt items. Don't buy everything and anything.
